innovation and strategy where real people are at the center of business decision-making.
Helping companies participate in future-making to build a better world by combining technology with the humanities:
- asking the right questions
- using human-centered design
- using data science and analytics
- telling compelling stories to serve customers and to solve some of today’s hardest problems.
The Everyday Futurist:
Empowering citizens and communities towards Participatory Future-making
I study the future with relation to how the world is changing and the necessity for the humanities to tell our stories. I want to help everyday people begin to understand the rapid changes occurring all around them, that they likely aren’t aware of, so they can have agency, and be prepared and help co-create. As it stands now, a few who are in the know are creating a preferred future, but whether this preferred future is best for all is still to be seen.
